Join the IDOP 2015 Prayer Conference Call for the Persecuted Church on Nov. 1 and Nov. 8 2015
(Voice of the Persecuted) MARK YOUR CALENDARS! My Brothers and Sisters, often our Christian family in persecuted lands are asked by Western ministries how can we help you. First and foremost, the response of the Persecuted Church is please pray for us. Please remember us in your prayers. Before these persecuted brethren ask for anything else, they ask for our prayers.
Their requests for prayer:
- Please pray my brother or sister that we be faithful to Jesus in the midst of our persecutions.
- Please pray that we do not deny Jesus in our persecutions.
- Please pray that we be strong and true and courageous for Jesus before our persecutors.
- Please pray that we endure hardship as good soldiers of Christ Jesus.
- Please pray that we show love to our persecutors.
- Please pray that those who persecute us will be blessed with salvation in Jesus Christ.
- Please pray that we may persevere and endure for our Lord Jesus Christ in our afflictions.
- Please pray that we be faithful to Jesus even unto death.
Dear saints if you notice the above prayer requests often do not include a deliverance from their persecutions, but to endure and be strong for Jesus in the midst of their afflictions. Did you know they also pray for us?
To honor our persecuted brothers and sisters with prayer, the International Day of Prayer was established in November. The IDOP is observed the first two Sundays of November. This year, IDOP will be held November 1st and November 8th. Typically the northern hemisphere observes the IDOP on the first Sunday of November. Whereas the rest of the world observes IDOP the second Sunday of November. But on these two days, the body of Christ will come together and pray for the persecuted Church.
We also encourage prayer for the oppressors, the nations that promote persecution, and those who ignore it.
In partnership with other prayer ministries, Voice of the Persecuted and Persecution Watch will host 2 twelve hour calls on Nov. 1st and Nov. 8th. Information for the 12 hour calls can be found below. A flyer has also been attached that you may share with your churches, faith/prayer groups and social media contacts.
This prayer conference call is open to all with a love for Jesus Christ. It is open to all who have a love for the persecuted church, be you a seasoned intercessor or not, crying out or silently pray in agreement—ALL can be prayer warriors on these 2 calls. You may join the call at anytime during the 12 hours and stay long as you feel led to pray, or as your time allows.
Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Matthew 18:18-20
My brothers and sisters, join us to unite as one in prayer with the persecuted on one or both of the November calls. In the meantime, please feel welcome to come on one of our weekly calls to lift up our persecuted brethren. If one suffers, we all suffer.

David said why do the heathen rage and imagine evil against thine anointed. So my prayer give us the heathen for our inheritance. Interpretation: take back the leadership over the heathen. The persecuted should be in control not the heathen. God give us the heathen and deliver us from evil.Lord you delivered Peter from the prison as the church prayed so Lord deliver the persecuted as we pray.
