Also well-informed sources have detailed to the Mohabbat news that even if the prison authorities comply with his temporary leave, posting property as bail for Firuzi’s family is impossible.

Last July, Firuzi’s mother, when his son was still in prison, through a video tape message addressing to the officials of the judiciary, highlighted the fact that her inability to see his son was the main cause of her illness, and asked Islamic republic authorities to release his son from jail.

This Christian activist previously on 03-July 2013 detained by Robatkarim City revolutionary court on charges of propagating material against Islamic republic, launching and leading deceptive Christian evangelical organizations, connection with the anti-Islamic revolution elements in abroad, setting up the Christianity internet sites, was sentenced for one year in prison and two years of exile to Sarbaz township, one of the most deprived and disadvantaged areas of the Sistan-Baluchestan province. / Farsi

Zargaran’s family in mid-year of 2016 announced: following frequent hunger strikes, pressure from judicial authorities by leaving her court case pending and poor prison conditions she is suffering from depression and trauma

Following several stages of hunger strike lastly on 11/July/2016, she was sent for medical leave but before completion of the medical treatment on 25/Aug/2016, she returned back to jail again.

On 08/June/2016, protesting the lack of attention to her court case and uncertainty she went on hunger strike demanding her release from prison without any proviso.

During this stage three times, she was taken to health center in Evin prison. Finally, after 27 days of hunger strike, prison authorities promised her release from jail and she ended hunger strike on 18/July/2016. In protest against the neglect of her health, disregarding her court case, ignoring her appeal for unconditional release from prison and resisting to give her medical leave, she went on hunger strike on 12/May/2016. After 11 days of passing her first hunger strike with ensuring a bail (financial guarantee), she went on medical leave.

Last year her condition was unpleasant. Despite the fact that she had medical leave and prison authorities had promised her release from prison simultaneous with her medical leave but she has recalled back again to jail and beside this 45 days of her absent during this time was calculated as her absent in prison.

This Christian converts was summoned to intelligence service agency on 2011/ February and was interrogated and intimidated. During the interrogation, which was accompanied by threatening her family, she was questioned about holding house churches and cathedrals.

It is worth mentioning that only a few days after arresting Saeed Abedini on 2013 who traveled to Iran for visiting family and study on how to establish an orphanage, Mrs. Zargaran by a phone call from security police was summoned and detained.

It is worth noting that the unpleasant situation of “Mrs. Zargaran” caused her family bodily injury. Maryam’s mother as a result of high stresses over her daughter’s health and consequent to her frequent visit to prosecutor’s office asking about her case is now suffering and diagnosed with the brain illness.
