Persecution is on the rise across the globe. And Christians in the Middle East, as well as Americans, have never faced a threat like ISIS. Do events in the Middle East interest you? Could they possibly affect your own life?

Friends of the Gospel will be hosting their 5th annual conference in Kingsport Tennessee, that will focus on the Persecuted Church.

You are invited to this special event on the Middle East called STAND: A CALL FOR ENDURANCE, on Saturday night, August 29, 2015 at 6pm for a fascinating night of learning about the plight of Christians in the Middle East. You hear about the Middle East every night in the news…join us on August 29th and hear about the Middle East from a man who lives there. A pastor and church planter from Cairo, Egypt will be speaking at this event. You will be challenged by his faith and the stories he shares.

The event is free and open to the public. If you’re able, you won’t want to miss it. Be a VOICE..share and invite others.

Register by clicking on this link and ask the guest from Egypt any question you like.  Voice of the Persecuted will be attending the conference, so come over and say hello. We’re excited for the opportunity to meet and speak with you. See you there!

Friends of the Gospel’s mission is to lead Christians into a greater involvement in global missions. They accomplish this by making missions personal, giving believers a pathway to connect and engage with missions through prayer, projects and participation.

They tell us that throughout their short history, “the Lord has allowed us to help so many around the world with exciting projects. By God’s rich grace, we have helped build a Christian Radio Station for the unreached Muslims of Tanzania, partner with an orphanage and women’s shelter in Tijuana, Mexico, Church Planting and orphan care in Uganda, serving a Christian School and church plants in the Dominican Republic, Prison Ministry and Church Planting in Cairo, Egypt, building a Christian School in Malawi, Africa and much more.”

When: Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 6pm
